Here's our problem, we have a user here that has a problem receiving html emails(with pictures). When the user receives this type of message, the e-mail is usually blank. On my part i receive the same message(mailing list) and it is correct. We have the same mail design and client (8.5.2).

I noticed in the properties of the email in the field $MIMETrack that there's a conversion MIME-CD by our domino server. This conversion is not made in my database for the same e-mail that arrives exactly at the same time. So I think that this is the reason why the user cannot see those type of email. I checked the names.nsf on the server to check if the settings were the same for me and the user and I noticed that she was set to Prefers MIME in the field Format preference for incoming mail. On my part I have Keep in senders format so I change it for the user and put Keep in senders format but even after a week it still doesn't work and there's still a conversion MIME-CD when mails arrives in the user database.

Anybody can help me on this?

Server: Domino 8.5.1 FP4
Client: Notes 8.5.2
